This beautifully restored car is a very correct replica of an original R Model, built to be a great road or rally car. The engine is a date correct 289 bored .040 and newly rebuilt. The Tremec 5 speed makes for quieter freeway running. Brand new ring and pinion Posi-Trac rear end. Front brakes with ventilated rotors and 4 pot calipers, and rear disc brakes. Full Shelby suspension modifications. 16 inch American Racing alloy wheels with modern tires. High back racing seats. Correct R model dash with Shelby logo, removed crash pad, and correct instruments.
